Process and pricing
While we have some general guidelines, each project is custom-designed for your family or business.
Step 1: We will meet with you to talk about your project goals, then create an outline and storyboard of your business or personal video project.
Step 2: Using the outline/storyboard, we will create relevant questions and begin the interview process. All interviews are conducted by highly skilled interviewers with specialized training and the gift of interviewing from the heart.
Step 3: This interview information will provide the basis for your video. The process also includes external research if necessary, editing, photography and other art, including incorporation of your photos, home movies, and other memorobilia.
We will keep you informed throughout all stages of the process to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.
Costs:
For families we suggest sharing, since costs to produce a full-length personal history start at $1,500 and are based on the number of hours it takes to conduct interviews and edit the film.
Wedding, Baby, Tribute, or Memorial or other types of videos start at $600 and depend on length and what is included.
Corporate histories are higher, since they involve more production hours.
Prices for our Flash presentation marketing product, Showcase Gold, start at $250, and can include photos, text, and narration. See our business services section for more information on Showcase Gold. Prices for Realtor Showcase start at $65.

We Come To You:
For families, we will travel to your loved one’s home to conduct interviews. Our years of experience and enjoyment of interviewing insure that the interviews are relaxed and fun for everyone.
We will also travel to your place of business to serve your needs as well.
Please note that a 50 % deposit (plus travel costs if applicable) is due at the time we agree by contract to work together and start the interview process. The remainder is due at the time of the first review/edit. We accept credit cards via PayPal. All PayPal transactions will include a 3.5% service fee. Please be assured that all of your family and business information and photos are kept confidential. While we do sometimes use video clips in marketing pieces, we would never do so without your permission.
