About Us
Golden Legacies was created in 2007 to serve families and businesses who want to share their unique stories.
Its founders, Barbara Hunter and Steven Kowalski, each have more than 25 years of photography, writing, publishing, interviewing, design, and audio-visual experience in corporate, small business, and non-profit environments, as well as a passion for helping others tell their stories in unique and creative ways.
Partners Jennifer and Nicholas Gray (who are also Steven’s daughter and son-in-law) have creative talents in design, filmmaking, painting, website design, and more.
"Our goal is to get the 'heart' of one's story and make it come alive. We started this business after realizing that some of our family history has been lost. In today's fast-paced society, we have lost the "storytelling" element that was passed on from generation to generation. It is our goal to revitalize this tradition in personal and corporate life.
